Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in North Dakota is seeking a Production Planner to organize production schedules, stock materials, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics to keep lines flowing. You will support the Operations Team by crafting weekly production plans and aligning with promotions and inventory controls.

As part of the team, you will monitor raw material levels, schedule maintenance or QA downtime in coordination with production managers, and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 2-4 years general work experience in a related field.
• Experience with inventory control or production planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production runs and material usage and ensure inventories balance.
• Develop weekly production schedules to support sales needs and efficiency.
• Order raw materials to support production requirements.
• Monitor promotions and raw material orders to meet in-market dates.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production staff for dock scheduling.
• Provide updates on carrier constraints and delivery issues.
• Hold vendors accountable based on performance metrics.
