Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Planner II to maintain proper inventory at branch and SKU levels, utilizing SAP and Blue Yonder planning modules. This role may occasionally perform production planning activities.

Responsibilities include creating replenishment loads, maintaining PP and MRP profiles, ensuring SAP coverage for sales facilities, collaborating with Demand Manager and operations on new products and promotions, and monitoring inventory to prevent stockouts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year of purchasing or planning responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with mathematical concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper full goods inventory levels for assigned area/locations using SAP and Blue Yonder Planning Modules.
• Create replenishment loads (purchased or DRP) optimized to minimize logistics costs.
• Maintain PP and MRP profiles to ensure SAP Production and Capacity Modules are fully utilized for purchased products.
• Maintain SAP coverage profiles for each sales facility within the assigned area.
• Support the rollout of new products, promotional packaging, and holiday inventory planning on purchased products with the Demand Manager, Sales Centers and operations teams.
• Review inventory levels and warehouse capacity; initiate and coordinate product movements to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Work with Demand Analyst on SAP material setups and sourcing changes for purchased products.
• Report on close-dated inventory and work to reduce Breakage, Damage and Loss (BDL) due to product age.
• Collaborate to improve the Uniform Forecasting Process.
• Participate in SKU management analysis to identify underperforming SKUs.
• Provide data to leadership to aid decision making.
• Host daily collaboration calls to communicate key product information across the business unit.
