Job summary

Ace Precision is hiring a skilled Production Planner in Oconomowoc, WI to coordinate products in the assigned part class groups to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

The role includes maintaining ERP records, coordinating with purchasing and production, and reviewing routings to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. An associates degree and 2+ years of planning experience are required, with strong MS Office and ERP knowledge encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent with courses preferably in Business Management, Production Management, or related coursework.
• 2+ years of related production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ERP records and coordinates deliveries to meet delivery requirements.
• Reviews reports, releases jobs, and prints routings and sketches per work instructions with high accuracy.
• Reviews routings and sketches for errors before releasing jobs to the shop floor.
• Assists supervisors in setting the production schedule.
• Prepares milestone schedules and production reports to keep key product on track.
