This position is ideal for a planner with 3+ years of experience in production and procurement planning in electronics, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing.

  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term production schedules based on customer forecasts, material availability, and factory capacity.
  • Manage the procurement process, including placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate closely with major component suppliers to ensure timely availability of key materials and resolve supply issues.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams to balance schedule priorities and resource constraints.
  • Monitor material usage, identify shortages or delays, and adjust production plans accordingly.
  • Maintain planning KPIs, including on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and inventory turnover.
  • Optimize use of ERP/MRP systems to streamline planning, procurement, and material tracking.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in supply chain performance, material cost control, and supplier reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, or procurement.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems.
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent is a plus.
