This position is responsible for driving the supply inventory management system and ERP implementation project initiatives. The primary goals focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations through physical and virtual implementation processes. The position collaborates within the company at multiple levels to understand and meet stakeholder expectations, leveraging data to measure, analyze, and deliver implementation results. The position collaborates within the company at multiple levels to understand and meet stakeholder expectations, leveraging data to measure, analyze, and deliver implementation results. This position is remote and requires travel approximately 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of standardized Supply Management processes across Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, and related functions.
  • Collaborate with IT, lab staff, and implementation teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth adoption of new processes across North America.
  • Partner with key hospital laboratory stakeholders to understand and document supply management requirements, aligning lab operational needs with the AWS/LCA platform.
  • Influence process improvements, tools, and operating models to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as a key member of the SM implementation team, contributing to SM requirements and driving implementation focused on people, processes, and technology alignment.
  • Understand supply management processes within lab operations and PeopleSoft/Oracle.
  • Be familiar with key integration points, system configurations, data migrations/insertion/extractions, and master data management within SM modules.
  • Willing to be hands-on with LCA/Client data and processes to develop a complete understanding of business operations and optimization through the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the Change Management team to champion new processes and support employee adoption across supply chain functions.
  • Support the program management office in achieving key milestones and goals for implementation. Oversee all aspects of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including site requirements gathering, customization, testing, cutover, and deployment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on process redesign, standardization, and system adoption.
  • Lead and attend business process discussions, ensuring decision-making processes align with program objectives and are well-documented.
  • Evolve into an SME role to support supply chain system users with training, troubleshooting, system design, process enhancements, and improvements.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor site implementation plans, schedules, and deliverables, reporting task status as on track, behind, ahead, etc., when requested.
  • Assist in preparing for SM Steering Committee Meetings.
  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to project frameworks, maintaining proper documentation.
  • Provide support for all other job duties as assigned or needed.

Essential Skills

  • 3 years of supply management experience varying in scope and responsibility.
  • 1 year of project management experience with a focus on ERP implementations, specifically in Supply Management modules like Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of lab operations workflows.
  • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with SmartSheet or other project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of supply management processes within lab operations and PeopleSoft/Oracle.
  • Familiarity with key integration points, system configurations, data migrations, insertions/extractions, and master data management within SM modules.

Work Environment

This position is remote and requires travel approximately 90% of the time to various hospital laboratory site locations. It involves physical movement, standing for hours at a time, and repeatedly lifting 30-40 lbs of supply materials while at a lab site. The role requires the successful setup and bringing 1 site/week online and ready for normal operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
