Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Broomfield, Colorado is seeking a Production Pilot to conduct PC-12 and PC-24 production check flights and support flight operations across global scopes.

You will be the PIC for production flights, collaborate with engineering, customer support, sales, and dispatch, and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and SMS requirements. A strong leadership background and international travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate Multi-Engine Land.
• CFII and MEI certification, no centerline thrust restriction preferred.
• Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time and 2,500 hours PIC (or equivalent military flight experience).
• Minimum 2,000 hours combined turbine/jet flight time, including 1,000 hours jet PIC (or equivalent military flight experience).
• Jet type rating or military equivalent.
• Military or airline flight experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience in international flight operations preferred
• Experience in formation flying preferred
• Domiciled within 1 hour of KBJC
• Current and valid passport

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Serve as solo Pilot in Command for PC-12 and PC-24 production check flights.
• Perform government and special mission experimental flight tests and demonstrations.
• Conduct domestic and international production, demonstration, marketing, ferry, customer support, AOG response, and transportation flights.
• Coordinate with Pilatus engineering on flight test plans, technical issues, and product improvement.
• Conduct pre-flight planning, including route selection, fuel requirements, weather analysis, and performance calculations.
• Coordinate flight activities with dispatch, maintenance, ground support teams, and other Pilatus departments.
• Maintain flight logs and regulatory compliance records
