Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. in Colorado seeks a Production Pilot to conduct PC-12 and PC-24 production check flights and related duties, serving as PIC and supporting engineering, customer support, and sales with aviation expertise.

The role requires extensive flight experience, a commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine ratings, CFII/MEI. Travel internationally and coordinate with Pilatus teams for flight plans, safety, and product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single and Multi-Engine Land ratings.
• CFII and MEI certifications preferred; no centerline thrust restriction preferred.
• FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Jet time experience and PIC hours strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single-pilot PIC for PC-12 and PC-24 production check flights.
• Conduct government and special mission flight tests and demonstrations.
• Coordinate production, engineering, and customer support flight activities.
• Maintain flight logs, expenses, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, SMS, and company policies.
