Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. seeks a Director, Fleet Sales to lead factory-direct PC-12 and PC-24 fleet sales across markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with operators and industry partners, and manage complex deals from development through closing.

The role requires strong aviation market knowledge, 10+ years in aircraft sales, FAA pilot certification, and travel flexibility to serve domestic and international customers. This is a senior leadership role based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of aviation industry experience including aircraft sales and business development.
• FAA Pilot Certificate required.
• Experience negotiating and closing high-value aircraft sales.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute factory-direct PC-12/PC-24 fleet sales.
• Identify and develop fleet opportunities with operators and aviation customers.
• Manage complex fleet deals from initial development to contract closing.
• Build strategic relationships with fleet operators and industry partners.
• Forecast sales, monitor pipeline, and report market risks.
• Coordinate with global and US teams on delivery planning.
• Represent Pilatus at meetings, events, demonstrations.
