Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Broomfield, Colorado seeks a Production Pilot to conduct PC-12 and PC-24 production check flights as single-pilot PIC and subject matter expert. You will deliver safe, compliant flight test support for production, engineering, customer support and sales.

Requirements include FAA Commercial Pilot (Single and Multi-Engine), CFII and MEI, 4,000 hours total with 2,500 PIC, and jet time; a type rating is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single & Multi-Engine Land ratings.
• CFII and MEI certifications.
• Minimum flight hours and jet experience as stated in ad.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Serve as single-pilot Pilot in Command (PIC) for PC-12 and PC-24 production check flights.
• Perform government and special mission flight tests and demonstrations.
• Conduct domestic and international production, demonstration, marketing, ferry, customer support, AOG response, and transportation flights.
• Coordinate with Pilatus engineering on flight test plans and issues.
• Conduct pre-flight planning including route selection, fuel, weather, and performance calculations.
