The role supports production, engineering, customer support, and sales with flight and technical expertise. Requirements include FAA pilot certificates, 4,000+ total hours with 2,500+ PIC, jet rating, CFII/MEI preferred, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single and Multi-Engine Land ratings.
• CFII and MEI certifications; no centerline thrust restriction preferred.
• Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time and 2,500 hours PIC.
• Jet type rating or military equivalent.
• Current and valid passport.
• Ability to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Serve as single-pilot PIC for PC-12 and PC-24 production check flights.
• Perform government and special mission experimental flight tests and demonstrations.
• Conduct domestic and international production, demonstration, marketing, ferry, customer support, AOG response, and transportation flights.
• Coordinate flight activities with dispatch, maintenance, ground support teams and other Pilatus departments.
• Collect, document, and communicate operational flight data to support safety and product improvement.
• Ensure flight operations comply with FAA regulations and SMS requirements.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and maintenance documentation.
