The Deldi Ortegon Group in McAllen, TX invites motivated real estate professionals to join as a Production Partner. You will grow with top-tier North American agents, receiving coaching, tools, and a proven growth path through PLACE Technology.

Compensation is commission-based, with an annual range of $40,000 to $60,000 USD. The program emphasizes ongoing coaching, practice, and client-focused service in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Guide clients to homes with the sales agent.
• Provide detailed written feedback to refine client criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
