Place Network Agents is recruiting a Production Partner in Meridian, Idaho to learn from top real estate professionals and create a path to long-term growth.

You will work within a proven framework featuring established models, advanced tools, and ongoing coaching, with opportunities such as revenue sharing and health benefits. This is a commission-based role with unlimited potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Work with sales agent to guide clients to homes.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients' search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.

Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
