Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with people and developing professional relationships.
• Must be a licensed real estate agent with current credentials.
• Willing to drive frequently to meet clients and show homes.
• Ability to assess client needs and match to properties.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients with their sales agent to home selections.
• Provide detailed written feedback to refine search criteria.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology and collaborate with the team.

As a Production Partner, you’ll receive the support of a proven platform featuring established models, systems, technology, coaching, training, and accountability. By working alongside an experienced agent, you’ll expand your real estate knowledge, pursue your professional objectives, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Strategize with team and sales agent to ensure business goals are met

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
