Job summary

Home Chef is seeking an RTH Helper to join our first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday with weekends off. You will label, portion, and bag meals while maintaining high accuracy and cleanliness in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs/BP, adhering to GMP and PPE, and supporting continuous improvement with the RTH leadership. A strong team player attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Label packaging at the standard average rate.
• Portion ingredients to correct measurements.
• Bag meals with correct quantities as directed by Line Lead or Team Lead.
• Follow GMP and PPE standards onsite.
• Report damages or foreign materials immediately.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.
