Job summary

Bigelow Tea Co. is seeking a warehouse associate to support packing operations in Boise, Idaho. You will palletize cases, label products, and assist with quality checks while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires basic reading/writing skills, and a willingness to perform a variety of duties including equipment operation and housekeeping. This is a full-time position with opportunities to contribute to a growing team.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED; and/or up to one-year related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Palletize cases, pack units in master cartons and apply labels; perform rework as needed.
• Conduct required Quality Assurance inspections.
• Provide back-up assistance to Material Handler.
• Monitor product coding; report QA problems.
• Monitor operation of case packing equipment.
• Sweep area and maintain general cleanliness; waste management.
• Follow GMPs and Food Safety & Quality processes.
• Comply with Safety and Health Rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
