Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Packer to maintain production lines, pack products to specs, and support line rotations. You will operate packaging equipment, seal products, box and palletize, and access specifications via our ERP system.

Data entry and safety compliance are core aspects of the role. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in food manufacturing, strong math and communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience operating food manufacturing machinery.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines and ensure packaging per specifications.
• Rotate among packaging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing tasks.
• Enter production data into ERP and machine logs.
• Ensure safety and SQF/GMP compliance.
• Assist QA and line maintenance as needed.
