Job summary

Bigelow Tea, Boise, ID, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production lines. You will perform machine setup, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep packaging and production equipment running.

Responsibilities include reading manuals, performing mechanical/electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting, documenting actions, following GMP and safety rules, and using CMMS to log work orders and parts. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing packaging line mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Reads and interprets manuals and work orders to perform maintenance per GMP.
• Uses CMMS to generate work orders and track parts usage.
• Documents maintenance actions and completes preventive maintenance reports.
• Ensures equipment produces product within QA standards and conducts monitoring.
• Follows Bigelow’s GMPs, safety and health rules.
• Operates production and support equipment as needed to meet production demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
