Job summary

HR Collaboration Group LLC in Angola, IN is seeking a Production/Packaging Associate to fill and prepare materials accurately per customer specifications. Core hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with a typical 40–45 hour week and occasional Saturdays.

The role offers a path for growth in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 1+ year of production/packaging experience; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1+ years of production or packaging experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fill and prepare materials accurately based on customer specifications.
• Follow customer specifications and due dates for materials.
• Calculate gallons of materials and ensure specifications are met.
• Label materials with correct customer/part numbers and store properly.
• Stack materials on skids and move them safely for transportation.
