Job summary

Altium Packaging in New Castle, PA is seeking a Production Packaging Associate. This entry-level position packages materials, loads, moves, and operates packaging equipment while following GMP.

You will maintain safety, organization, and quality, monitor lines, inspect bottles, replenish supplies, and support smooth shift handoffs. Basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma preferred, and internal training within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Pack materials and finished products following GMP.
• Load and move materials; monitor packaging lines and clear jams.
• Inspect bottles for quality; report abnormalities immediately.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with setup and shift-to-shift handoffs and follow safety policies.
