Job summary

Altium Packaging in Harvard, IL is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to properly package materials and finished products, load and move material, and operate packaging equipment while following GMP. Requirements include basic math skills and basic computer experience, a high school diploma or GED, and completion of the company’s Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

This role may require overtime and a reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Moves finished goods to designated areas and maintains clean workstations.
• Assists with loading, moving materials and operating packaging equipment.
