Job summary

Altium Packaging in Argos, Indiana is seeking a Production Packaging Associate. This entry-level position involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment in a 12-hour A shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. Key duties include monitoring conveyors, clearing jams, inspecting bottles, labeling accuracy, maintaining clean workstations, and following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Preference for High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and load/move materials.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams.
• Inspect bottle quality during production, packaging and labeling.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and manage inventory.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
