Job summary

Altium Packaging in Argos, Indiana, is seeking a Production Packaging Associate for an 8hr-3rd Shift. The role involves proper packaging of materials, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities include safety, punctuality, teamwork, quality inspections, and maintaining organized work areas. Reasonable overtime may be required; training within 90 days of hire date is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I, training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Moves finished goods to designated area and maintains clean workstations.
