Job summary

Westaff in Fairfax, VT is seeking a Production Packager to join a growing team. This hands-on, full-time role offers consistent hours Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. You will work closely with teammates to ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and inventory documentation.

No college degree required; prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are highly valued for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify products before packaging and display placement
• Label containers, tags, and finished products
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production, packaging, and inventory documentation
• Remove defective items and follow inventory control procedures
• Seal containers using tape, glue, fasteners, and hand tools
• Move, sort, and stage products, materials, and pallets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate operational issues and questions to the Lead Packager
