Production Packer – Manufacturing

Location: Dover, PA
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are hiring Production Packers to join a busy metal fabrication and manufacturing operation in Dover, PA.

This is a hands‑on production position focused on carefully packing completed metal parts and customer orders for shipment. Packers help ensure finished products are organized, protected, and prepared accurately before leaving the facility.

This position may be a good fit for someone with experience in packing, manufacturing, production, order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse work, or other hands‑on environments.

What You’ll Do

• Pack finished metal parts and components for customer orders
• Prepare completed products for shipment
• Verify parts and orders before packing
• Organize products carefully to help prevent damage during handling and shipping
• Inspect parts and packaging for obvious damage or quality concerns
• Follow work orders, packing instructions, and established procedures
• Keep completed orders organized and ready for the next step in the shipping process
• Handle fabricated metal components safely throughout the packing process
• Maintain a clean and organized packing and production area
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
• Work with other members of the production and finishing teams to keep orders moving efficiently
