Job summary

Quality Harvest Foods in Portland, OR is hiring a Night Shift Packager to join our production team. This full-time role offers a fast-paced environment, competitive pay, and benefits designed to support you and your family.

Your duties include packaging products into boxes, keeping the line moving, preparing shipments, and helping in other production areas to meet goals. You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work Monday through Saturday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced work in a high-speed production environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Warehouse environment experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and quality.
• Shift: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Package products into boxes, counting accurately and meeting quality standards.
• Keep the production line flowing by organizing products on the line.
• Prepare boxes for shipment to ensure safe delivery.
• Assist in other production areas as needed to meet company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Package Products: Accurately count and place ready products into pre-made boxes, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Keep the Line Flowing: Help maintain order and efficiency by straightening products on the production line.
• Prepare for Shipment: Assemble and prepare boxes for shipping, ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition.
• Support the Team: Assist in other production areas as needed to meet company goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Comfortable with Fast-Paced Work: Ability to work around high-speed conveyors.
• Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
• Warehouse Ready: Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Safety Focused: The ability to read, write, and understand English is essential for ensuring safety and quality.
