Job summary

TVP, a New York City–based branded merchandise company, is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to process and track all open orders across multiple vendors. You will process new orders, confirm specifications, quantities, pricing, and ship dates before production begins, and keep every order current in the system.

The role requires 2+ years in order management or a related field, exceptional organization, and strong written communication with a sense of urgency to follow up

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order management, production coordination, purchasing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage dozens of open orders across multiple vendors.
• Strong written communication and a sense of urgency to follow up until you get answers.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders in the proprietary system as soon as client approval comes in, and keep every open order current.
• Submit orders to manufacturers and vendors, confirming specifications, quantities, pricing, and ship dates before production begins.
• Track daily status across all open jobs and flag delays, errors, or risks early.
