Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in production operations or a similar role.
• Hands on payroll processing experience in Wrapbook or equivalent.
• Invoicing experience in Coupa or equivalent.
• Fluency with contract tracking and vendor management workflows.
• Experience setting up systems and AI workflows.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll processing end to end and reconcile expenses with accuracy.
• Manage vendor onboarding and contract approvals across departments.
• Track budgets, invoices, and approvals; flag variances early.
• Coordinate IT access, onboarding for new hires, and area logistics.
• Maintain studio operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
