Job summary

SharkNinja in Needham, MA seeks a Director of Finance AI & Automation to design, build and deploy AI capabilities across Finance. You will personally create production AI agents, drive value in gross margin and enterprise value, and scale governance for SOX compliance.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Tax, and Treasury, and translate complex financial and technical details into executive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience blending Finance and Technology.
• Proven, hands-on experience building AI agents and automations.
• Experience in public company control environments and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Finance AI and automation roadmap end to end, from opportunity to deployment.
• Personally build agents and automations; stay hands-on at the Director level.
• Set and deliver the value case in gross margin dollars and enterprise value.
• Deploy the capability across FP&A, Accounting, Internal Audit, SOX, Tax, and Treasury.
• Lead and develop a small team of highly technical finance professionals.
