You will build production-ready AI solutions, leverage data analytics, and contribute to SharkNinja's AI transformation initiatives. The program targets builders with software engineering, AI/ML, full-stack development, automation, or data analytics background who want

Qualifications

• Full-time, 40 hours per week onsite at Needham, MA / Miami, FL / New York, NY.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Experience building with AI (LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering).
• Experience with real-world or messy datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python through coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scoping, analysis, and delivery of business problems.
• Design, iterate, and document AI prompts and workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, or models used by internal teams.
• Identify trends and insights and translate into recommendations.
• Use AI tools to automate analytical workflows.
• Develop and test prototyped AI workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Present findings to team leads and stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps and propose solutions, not just flag them.
