Job summary

Rebo is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator in Sparta, TN to assemble and inspect automotive lighting products. You’ll follow IATF 16949 and ISO14001 practices, read instructions, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

You should be comfortable with overtime, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and maintain high attention to detail while meeting customer specs on first pass.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be a self-driven, organized team player with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect the production of automotive lighting products, reinspect as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards per procedures.
• Communicate opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervision.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Assemble and inspect the production of automotive lighting products, reinspecting work as needed.
• Use IATF 16949 and ISO14001 disciplines; ensure product conforms to established production specifications.
• Communicate opportunities observed to improve safety, quality, and production processes which can reduce injuries, scrap or production losses.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in all work areas.
• Work safely, adhering to the facility’s quality, environmental, health and safety policies and documented work instructions.
• All other assignments deemed necessary while under the direction of the Team Leader, Area Operations Supervisor, Process Manager, or the Director of Operations.
