Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator (Seasonal) to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput goals are met.

Location
  • Los Angeles County, CA
  • Seasonal positions may have variable shift schedules
Essential Functions
  • Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s) and ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s safety, quality, and throughput standards.
  • Accurately complete applicable quality and production reports hourly.
  • Physically and visually inspect product to prevent non‑conforming goods.
  • Report all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Abide by Niagara’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
  • Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production and additional areas assigned by plant leadership.
  • Maintain appropriate level of raw materials to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Demonstrate the aptitude and skill to work in all assigned areas, troubleshoot minor production line issues, and perform relief duties when required.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance; the position requires 12‑hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule or as dictated by production demand.
