You will follow GMP and Food Safety standards, document results, and assist with line changes as needed, including relief duties and maintaining housekeeping. The role requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in field/manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately complete quality and production reports hourly; report defects to shift leadership.
