Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC Albuquerque plant is seeking a Production Operator to manage daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput in line with GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing hourly quality and production reports, maintaining housekeeping, managing raw materials, and covering multiple areas as needed; 12-hour shifts rotate on a 2-2-3 schedule or as demanded.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, or similar field.
• Ability to complete quality and production reports hourly.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of production lines, ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Complete and review hourly quality and production reports.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage material levels to minimize downtime.
