Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator to oversee daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput in compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

The role requires accuracy in hourly quality/production reporting, adherence to safety guidelines, and ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift (2-2-3). High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities of the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and report defects.
• Maintain GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw materials as required.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
