Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator for the Day Shift to run the production floor in a fast-paced bottled water facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, and throughput, with routine reporting on line performance and product quality.

You will adhere to GMP, maintain clean work areas, and help manage raw materials to minimize downtime. Expect 12-hour day shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule; candidates should have a High School Diploma and may hold an Associate’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and report defects to leadership.
• Follow GMP and food safety standards; maintain housekeeping and safe practices.
• Manage raw materials to minimize downtime and assist with line troubleshooting.
• Maintain regular attendance and work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
