Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computer entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manage scrap to keep lines productive.
• Check product specs and make immediate adjustments to lines as needed.
• Keep production lines clean and stocked for the incoming shift.
• Communicate problems or needs with supervisor, assistant supervisor and team members.
• Work with team to improve efficiency, troubleshoot, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Occasional lifting up to 80 lbs; standing for long periods.
