Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operating skills.
• Ability to independently operate production equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and correct routine production and quality issues.
• Knowledge of quality inspection and verification processes.
• Ability to read and follow product specifications and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Accurate production and quality documentation skills.
• Ability to perform machine setup, changeover, startup, and restart activities.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Ability to assist with training and support less experienced operators.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support production requirements.
• Continuous improvement and 5S mindset.
• HS Diploma/GDP with 2 years of related experience
• PPE is required
