Job summary

Theuniversityunion is seeking a full-time production line technician in Arcadia, FL. You will monitor the line, stop or reset machines on malfunctions, and ensure consistent quality inspections while stocking supplies to keep the line running efficiently.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to catch the slightest errors or non-conformities.
• Effective listening and troubleshooting skills.
• Capability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining neatness, thoroughness, and accuracy.
• Physically able to grab, lift and move product and equipment.

Responsibilities

• You closely monitor the line and stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur and clear machine jams.
• You replenish supplies to keep the line running, including stocking conveyors or hoppers with containers, lids, boxes or labels.
• You make adjustments to equipment during production to optimize efficiency.
• You perform various cleaning tasks as assigned.
• You maintain quality records accurately and conduct quality inspections consistently.
