Job summary

Publix Super Markets in Florida is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to efficiently operate line equipment, troubleshoot issues, and lead production teams to meet schedules in a GMP-compliant environment.

You will coordinate breaks, ensure correct use of materials, participate in safety training, and complete required paperwork while supporting continuous improvement on the line.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operating all equipment on the line.
• Troubleshooting process problems on all assigned equipment.
• Leading all production team members on the line.
• Ensuring correct usage of raw materials, labels etc.
• Coordinating all breaks and lunches for associates working on the line.
• Leading associates to meet the production schedule.
• Cross-training all production associates.
• Encouraging associate to adhere to all safety guidelines and practices.
• Maintaining clean equipment in area in accordance with GMPs.
• Completing all necessary paperwork required by the position.
• Other duties as assigned.
