Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in PCB manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read English instructions and blueprints.
• Willingness to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production time-sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Read blueprints and engineering notes to produce precisely designed products.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines.
• Follow dispatch as required and adapt to schedule changes for hot orders.
• Collaborate with team to achieve targets and maintain a customer-focused culture.
