Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to join our fourth-generation family-owned operation. This role involves welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes.

Previous experience is a plus, with starting pay at $21.00 per hour plus a 2.25 shift premium, and room to grow within the first two years. The Night Shift runs 6 PM to 6 AM, with a 3-2-2-3 schedule that includes built-in overtime.

• High School Diploma or GED not required to start; GED can be earned through company program.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment focused on safety.

ABOUT OUR POSITION

STARTING PAY:$21.00+ depending on experiencePLUS 2.25 shift premium ( with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years)

SHIFT: Night Shift (6PM – 6AM)

SCHEDULE: 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working – 3 days off, built-in overtime pay)
