Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator for the night shift (6PM–6AM) at the Milwaukee, WI facility. The role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection, and forklift/overhead crane material movement.

Previous operator experience is a plus, and there is a built‑in overtime structure and strong family‑owned culture. Starting pay is $21.00+ per hour plus a $2.25 shift premium, with potential increases within the first two years.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety focus.

ABOUT OUR POSITION MACHINE OPERATOR:

STARTING PAY: $21.00+ depending on experience PLUS 2.25 shift premium (with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years) SHIFT: Night Shift (6PM – 6AM) SCHEDULE: 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working – 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend, built-in overtime pay) LOCATION: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208
