Job summary

Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Operator in Moncure, NC. This full-time position offers weekly pay and a starting rate of $19.50 per hour. You will operate production machines, assist with inventory, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate can stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, climb ladders, and work in dusty conditions. Steel-toed footwear is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction, roofing and production is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and consistently lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders.
• Must be able to walk on grated floors and work in dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines.
• Inventory in warehouse.
• Exceed production and safety standards.
• Maintain/operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklift.
• Perform general labor as needed, moving product throughout warehouse.
• Maintain clean work area.

Pay Rate: $19.50*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
