Job summary

Volt is hiring immediately for 2nd and 3rd shift Line Operator positions in Dalbo, MN. The role involves preparing, operating, maintaining, and stocking the production line, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with shift options from 2:00pm–10:00pm or 10:00pm–6:00am, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates will have experience in cold environments and manufacturing or warehouse settings; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cold environment is preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Past manufacturing or warehouse experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock the production line or station.
• Maintain equipment in full operational status by adjusting it.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and notify appropriate personnel for maintenance.
• Maintain quality by observing operations, adjusting speed controls, and troubleshooting.
• Clean and maintain equipment per guidelines.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.

Job description

Volt is immediately hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Line Operator paying $21.50 an hour in Dalbo, MN.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station
• Maintain equipment in full operational status by adjusting equipment
• Ensure operation of equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and notifying the proper individuals when needed for preventative maintenance or issues needing attention
• Maintain quality by observing operations, adjusting with speed controls, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectations
• Report on any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

This is a Temp to hire opportunity.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working in a cold environment
• Forklift experience is a PLUS!
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

Shift Information

Shifts that are open: 2nd Shift: (2:00pm - 10:00pm) M-F or 3rd Shift: (10:00pm - 6:00am) M-F

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour for both shifts
