Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and operate in an indoor warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing, production, and packaging equipment.
• Package product and stack bags or bulk product onto pallets.
• Measure, prepare and add materials according to work instructions.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods.
• Assist with mixing or production processes as trained.

See our benefits summary below.POSITION SUMMARY:The Feed Production Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently manufacturing and packaging high‑quality feed and mineral products. This role operates production equipment, follows established procedures, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and supports daily plant operations.
