Job summary

Furst-McNess Company is seeking a dedicated Production Operator for our Lodi, WI facility to safely manufacture and package high‑quality feed and mineral products. You will operate production equipment, maintain GMP standards, and support daily plant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and operate in an indoor warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing, production, and packaging equipment.
• Package product and stack bags or bulk product onto pallets.
• Measure, prepare and add materials according to work instructions.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods.
• Assist with mixing or production processes as trained.
