Furst-McNess Company is seeking a Production Operator for our Lodi, WI location to support safe and efficient feed and mineral production and packaging. The role operates production equipment, follows procedures, and maintains a clean, safe work area while contributing to plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn equipment operation, and strong teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; basic math skills.
• Willingness to operate industrial equipment and learn safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production, packaging, and related equipment.
• Package products and palletize by hand or with forklift assistance.
• Measure, prepare and add materials according to work instructions.
• Load/unload bulk materials and move finished goods.
• Perform routine equipment checks and document results.
• Follow GMP and safety guidelines and report maintenance needs.
