• 2+ years of manufacturing experience operating machinery.
• Ability to read production orders and interpret sizes/prints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery in line with safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs.
• Read work orders for size/print and adjust settings accordingly.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report issues.
