Amrize is seeking a Production Operator for its Jacksonville, FL location. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining multiple machines in a high‑volume environment while ensuring safety and quality.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working off climate‑controlled conditions, and occasional overtime, including Saturdays when needed. You will read production orders, adjust settings, conduct quality checks, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Capable of following work orders and safety guidelines.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and monitor performance.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs.
• Read work orders for size/print of finished material.
• Adjust machine settings for accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and record data.
• Drive forklift to move products and materials as needed.
• Work overtime and alternate shifts when required.
• Participate in 5S and safety procedures.
