Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Mfg experience preferred; demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with computer controlled equipment.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions; use measurement tools, blueprints, manuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Work Instructions and Company Policies
• Adhere to safety rules
• Alert supervision to product quality or machine operation concerns
• Maintain the 5S standard of the assigned area
• Prepare and calibrate the machine to run according to the daily production schedule
• Monitors each run for quality and efficiency and adjusts settings based on quality control feedback
• Capturing production run information and inputting data into the production database
• Maintains the hour-by-hour board
• Other duties as assigned
